Troy Harley supports Nickelback on "Here and Now" Tour

In late October 2012, Troy Harley returned to his homeland of Russia to unveil his new (self-titled) band. These were Troy’s first performances since he enjoyed chart-topping, award-winning fame with his previous group. The singer supported Nickelback for three shows including Oct. 25 at the Olympic Stadium in Moscow, Oct. 28 at St. Petersburg’s SKK Arena and Minsk Arena in Belarus on Oct. 31.

Before the first performance in Moscow, Troy Harley and his band hung out backstage with Nickelback’s Chad and Mike Kroger. On November 6, Troy’s first official single “Someone Like Me” was made available at online retailers including iTunes. The track was recorded at Henson Studios with Grammy-winner Randy Jackson producing (Harley is signed to Jackson’s Friendship Collective label). “Someone Like Me” was co-written by Rune Goldberg (Adam Lambert, Daughtry, Kris Allen) and Zac Maloy (Carrie Underwood, Our Lady Peace, Hanson, Chris Daughtry). Radio impact date is Nov. 20.
